"I would like to thank Michael Perry of Fountain-Works in San Antonio, Texas, for the outstanding service that he has provided us with over the past few years.
In the Spring 2009, as we were about to start the spring process of putting our fountain together, we discovered that the entire vault was filled with water; clear to the top! With our annual fundraiser quickly approaching, it was imperative that we find someone who could get us back up and running in less than a month.
Mr. Perry agreed to fly in the next day to evaluate the situation. He stayed to help with removing all the equipment from the vault and sent the pumps out for reconditioning. Two weeks later, when the pumps had been repaired, Mr. Perry returned with new controls and equipment that was needed.
He worked continuously through the night replacing all the equipment and a complete rewire of the controls so that our fountain would be fundraiser ready the next day. We were completely amazed that he was able to accomplished everything virtually overnight.
Although it was not something that we had budgeted for, Mr. Perry used his expertise and years of experience to show us how to be cost-effective and still maintain a high standard. To this day, any repairs that are needed, we will only call Michael Perry. He has proven that he is a true professional and is pleasant to work with."

We’re beginning our fourth year of fountain operation, the contractor’s warranty is long gone and to be honest it can be very difficult to find that knowledgeable and dependable service technician when those maintenance issues begin to show up, and they will!
Fountain-Works has become a resource that I’ve come to rely on and I’m not sure what I would do without their “can do” attitude. They seem to make the difficult seem like no big deal and when they leave for the day my fountain is always back in operation, PROBLEM SOLVED!!!!
